Are your items authentic?
Yes. We only sell items we believe to be authentic and carry out checks before listing premium and designer pieces.
Are your products new or preloved?
Both. Each listing clearly states the condition of the item, including whether it is new with tags, new without tags or preloved.
Do you only have one of each item?
Many of our products are one-off pieces, particularly preloved and AuroraFashion Custom items. Once sold, they may not be available again.
How quickly do you dispatch?
Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery information is shown during checkout.
Can I return an item?

Can I sell clothing to Aurora Fashion?
Yes. Visit our Sell to Us page and send us clear photos and details of your item for consideration.
Do AuroraFashion Custom pieces vary?
Yes. Custom pieces are individually reworked, so variations in colour, pattern and finish are part of the design.
Can you customise a garment I already own?
Potentially. Send us photos and details of the garment and we’ll let you know whether it’s suitable for custom work. Not every fabric or item will be appropriate.
