Products
Aurora Fashion sells a mixture of brand-new, pre-owned and individually customised clothing, footwear and accessories.
We aim to describe every product accurately. For pre-owned products in particular, signs of previous wear, marks or imperfections will be identified in the description and/or photographs where reasonably possible.
Product photographs form part of the description. Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and the display used to view our website.
Measurements may be provided as a guide and small variations may occur.
Authenticity
Aurora Fashion is committed to selling authentic branded goods. We inspect products before listing them and do not knowingly sell counterfeit goods.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Aurora Fashion is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or endorsed by the brands whose products we sell.
Brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the products being offered for resale.
Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
An order is not considered accepted until we have confirmed acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
• an item is unexpectedly unavailable
• there has been an obvious pricing or listing error
• payment has not been authorised
• we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of our website
If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot fulfil, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is dispatched.
Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers. Aurora Fashion does not directly store complete payment-card information where payments are processed through these providers.

Custom products
Some products may be individually customised or altered.
Because customised products are unique, small variations may occur between pieces. Colours, finishes and detailing may vary as part of the customisation process.
Products customised or personalised specifically for a customer may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation or return, where permitted by law.

We aim to keep our website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may update products, prices, content or functionality without notice.
Intellectual property
Content created by Aurora Fashion for this website, including our branding, photographs, graphics and original written content, may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.
